Refund and Will Call Policies

Refund Policy

  1. All Sales are Final, unless the train is cancelled or rescheduled, or the railroad is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. You will automatically be notified if this occurs if you provide us with a valid e-mail address or phone number.

  3. If the train is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached to the address below.  Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the rescheduled event in order to be eligible for a refund.  We must receive your unused tickets before a refund will be issued.  Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen railroad closure will be issued automatically.

Will-Call Policy

  1. You may choose to have your tickets sent to you by priority mail at a charge of $7.00 per order or pick them up on the day of your scheduled train at the Ticket Office.

  2. Will Call Tickets must be picked up at the railroad's ticket office at N6639 Dilly Lake Road, Trego, WI 54888.

  3. Unless otherwise noted, you may pick-up your tickets starting 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled departure.  Ticket office may close at scheduled departure time, upon departure of the train. 

  4. Do not be late, trains will leave at scheduled departure time.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you miss your scheduled departure.

  5. To pick-up your ticket order you will be required to present a photo ID.  Please have your ID ready upon arrival at the Ticket Office.
