Give thanks for your family and friends by treating them to a very special buffet lunch on this 30-mile roundtrip from Spooner to Springbrook. As the train departs Spooner Depot, you are seated in the dining car to begin your lunch experience. This buffet meal features: a salad bar, roasted turkey, baked ham, mashed potatoes & gravy, long grain & wild rice, stuffing, corn o'brien, dilled baby carrots, yams, fresh dinner rolls, and your choice of coffee, iced tea, lemonade, or milk. There's even pumpkin pie for desert. You will love the scenery as the train passes through Wisconsin's north woods, along the beautiful Namekagon River, over the Bean Creek Trestle, and along the shore of Green Lake.

Santa's Pizza Party is a popular new way to celebrate the holiday season with your kids because it combines everyone's favorite meal with a scenic train ride and a visit with Santa. The Elegant Dinner Train features dinner service in our climate controlled, mahogany interior dining car from 1918. The cash bar opens in the club car one hour prior to departure to get your experience off to a great start. Immediately after departure from the Depot passengers will be seated for dinner. Dinner begins with a sampling of Wisconsin Cheeses, dinner salad, soup de jour, choice of Prime Rib, Prociutto and Goulda Stuffed Chicken Breast, or North Atlantic Salmon, and finishes with a slice of Eli's famous Chicago Style Turtle Cheesecake. After dinner enjoy quiet conversation at your table or move back to the lounge car.
