The cash bar opens in the club car one hour prior to departure to get your experience off to a great start.  Immediately after departure from the Depot passengers will be seated for dinner.  Dinner begins with a sampling of Wisconsin Cheeses, dinner salad, soup de jour, choice of Prime Rib, Prociutto and Goulda Stuffed Chicken Breast, or North Atlantic Salmon, and finishes with a slice of Eli's famous Chicago Style Turtle Cheesecake.
