Flying Axes, Chainsaws, Log Rolling and Lumberjacks, Oh My!

 Fred Scheer is a 9 time world champion lumberjack and has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years.  This is truly a family affair with many members of the Scheer family participating, and great family entertainment. 

  Watch as these lumberjacks and lumberjills compete in such events as power sawing, speed carving, axe throw, log joust, boom running, log rolling, cross cut sawing, spring board chopping and speed climbing.

  Hayward is the lumberjack capital and annually hosts the World Lumberjack Championships in the Lumberjack Bowl the last weekend in July.
